LYRICS:
We name the stone; we do not own the hill.
We weigh the rain; we do not own the cloud.
The tool returns and asks the hand: for whom?
Open the fist; let every answer breathe.
When numbers guide, let mercy choose the road.
When silence comes, do not record a lack.
No voice is fuel, no face a field to score.
Hold final G until the room replies.

PERFORMANCE: the seventh line is unaccompanied; the organ returns only for the final G.
